There's a sweet design challenge going on at the Stampavie Design Team Blog and I've decided to take part with this gorgeous Penny Johnson 'Bear Flowers' stamped card. Here's my entry (above).
I've combined Doodlebug papers, rub-on lettering, inked die cut shapes, paper flowers and gem stones with white paper lace and scalloped edges to create this 'With Love' card.
Current design challenge (#22) ends May 2nd.
This and many other wonderful Stampavie clear stamps are available from Crafts U Love here in the UK. Visit www.craftsulove.co.uk

Stampavie Design Challenge (#22)
Colour Crazy

I'm loving my new Copic Ciao pens! The double ended markers are available in 144 colours and are refillable. The brush tip is perfect for colouring, whist the broad nib is ideal for applying all over backgrounds or large areas of colour. The alcohol inks give wonderful even coverage and can be blended for shadows and highlights.
{I don't know how I ever lived without them!}
Do you own Copics - if so which colour can you not live without?
Project to follow.

Sympathy with Forever Friends

Sadly I was in need of another sympathy card this weekend for a friend. She's a big fan of Forever Friends bears so I decided to use this cute Forever Friends topper and simply embellished with ribbon, flowers and patterned paper. I love these Doodlebug Jewels too!
I hope it helps cheer her up during these difficult times.
Forever Friends bears are designed by Hallmark.
